These are some samples that I made for my embroidery project. Both machine embroidered and inspired by microscopic body images.

Katherine Johana: My heart is made of felt, stitched veins and arteries, pumping thread within. textiles live in my heart. I am Katherine Johana, I live in Canada but I am a proud Colombian. I love my country and all its wonderful culture. It all started with a felted little ball and it became much more. I am a crafts and design artist focusing on Textiles but experimenting and exploring other crafts.
